From the beginning of Eris-Mar, we have given the public a chance to know our products by participating in different congresses and gastronomic fairs, such as "Alimentaria" in Barcelona, “Salón de Gourmets" in Madrid, “Lo mejor de la Gastronomía" in San Sebastián. At the same time we have presented reports for the University of Barcelona and for hostelry schools in Málaga and Girona.
The quality and exclusivity of our products have been given high praise in a variety of publications, including Spain Gourmetour, La Vanguardia, El Piripipao, Club de Gourmets, El Bullí (The Magazine) etc. and has been recognized in books such as “La Etica del gusto" by Santi Santamaria and "Lo Mejor de la Gastronomía" by Rafael García Santos.
